CLASS Advising Center
Hours and Scheduling
Advising for students in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences is a two-part process (three-part for those seeking teaching licensure). Your CLASS advisor will assist you in regards to university and college requirements. You will also have a faculty advisor to assist you with requirements for your major. Faculty advisors are located in the department which houses your declared major. You should meet with both advisors regularly to ensure timely progression toward graduation.
Standard hours of operation:
- Monday - Thursday 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: Limited, general academic advising is available for CLASS majors in the Exploratory Advising Office, MC 110 on the first and third Saturdays during the semester. Hours are 10:00 am through 1:00 pm in MC 110.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THE CLASS ADVISING CENTER OFFERS LIMITED WALK IN ADVISING DURING THE WEEK FOR A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME. PLEASE PREPARE ACCORDINGLY AS THERE MAY BE A WAIT TO SEE AN ADVISOR.
(During these walk in times, CLASS students will see the advisor that is on call for that day.)

Transfer students who have not yet been admitted into CSU but plan on attending MUST bring transcripts from all colleges/universities previously attended.
