For High School Students
Would you like to receive college and high school credit for FREE? This program provides high school students with the opportunity to take college level courses at Cleveland State University's East Center located in Solon. This is made possible as a result of Ohio's Post-Secondary Enrollment Options Program.Tuition, books and fees are paid through Ohio Department of Education funds. Credits are transferable to any public university in Ohio and other major universities in the United States. This program is intended to compliment rather than replace the high school preparatory curriculum.
3.4 cumulative high school GPA AND
520 on each section of the SAT (or PSAT) OR
22 on each section of the ACT (or PLAN)
Apply Now! Orientation for admitted students will be held at East Center on May 18 and May 27 at 4:00 p.m. Students must choose to attend one of these dates.
Students are not required to take all of the courses listed; a single class or a combination of classes is permissible. Students are able to take physics and/or calculus at CSU’s main campus on Tuesday/Thursday. Evening electives at East Center will also be available (some restrictions apply).
