From admissions to student photo ID cards, East Center offers students a pleasant, trouble-free, one-stop service center. The information below details the services available for all CSU students.

Access this user friendly site to conduct business with the University by visiting the Cleveland State University homepage (www.csuohio.edu) and logging onto myCSU. You can register for classes, add and drop classes, view and print your schedule, pay your bill, request transcripts, forward your campus email, view grades, and more. To access the site you will need your CSU ID number and password. Click here for a guide on how to use Campusnet.

Refund Policy
All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a CSU Bookstore purchase receipt or packing list. Refunds may beshipped to the CSU Bookstore for processing at the customer's expense or accomplished in person at the bookstore. Refunds must be made by within the time frame the bookstore allows.
Please note that textbooks are not sold at East Center.
Book Buyback
The CSU Bookstore will buy back any current college textbook any time throughout the year. A book buyback will be held downtown during finals week.
The University Library provides a variety of services for off-campus students including delivery of library books, journal articles via e-mail, or U.S. mail. Students can visit the University Library website for more information.

English placement tests may be taken at East Center by appointment only. An appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The math placement test does not require a proctor and can be accessed online on any computer. For further details or to make an appointment, please call East Center at 216-802-3000.
eTutoring is a FREE online tutoring service available for those who need help in:
Math (Developmental-Calculus II)
Writing (any content area)

The Viking Card is provided to every enrolled student at Cleveland State. The Viking Card is useful for accessing various University programs and services. To receive a Viking Card, have your picture taken at East Center and verify your identification with another form of photo ID. Your card will be available for pick up within two weeks or sooner.
The U-Pass is available to all CSU students. It allows students to ride RTA free of charge for the semester. Students may access all RTA routes by presenting their U-Pass sticker located on their viking card. In order to receive a U-Pass sticker, the student must fill out a U-Pass sticker request form at the Office of Treasury Services, East Center, or West Center. The student will need his/her viking card and must renew the sticker every semester.
Note: Student accounts are charged a $25.00 RTA fee per semester in order to cover this fund. If you do not take any courses downtown your account has not been charged the $25.00 RTA fee. Your account will be charged after your request for a pass.
Computers are available for student use in the Student Lounge. Please see "Student Lounge" below for details.
Wireless access is available at East Center through WPA (Wi-fi Protected Access) Enterprise. To access WPA, you must have a wireless card, CSU ID & password, and go through the configuration process. For help, see System Care at East Center, visit the IS&T website, or call IS&T at 216-687-5050.
Five laptops are available for your use while you are at East Center. If you find yourself waiting for a computer in the student lounge, come and get a laptop for FREE! They are wireless and may be borrowed for up to 4 hours within the East Center building. To rent a laptop or get more information, come to the Administrative Suite.
Anti-Virus software for your personal windows computer or mac is available to all current students for FREE. Please bring a photo id to the front desk.
A copy machine is available to students in the Administrative Office, Room 200, during regular office hours. Copies are 10 cents each.
The student lounge is a great place to study, work on projects, or just relax. Computers with access to free printing up to 2000 pages, a microwave, and table areas are all available to students. Two vending machines supplying beverages and snacks, plus a coffee machine offering fresh coffee or mocha, hot chocolate, and hot water for tea are available as well.

East Center sends periodic emails to East Center students regarding events occurring at the Center and important reminders. Please check your email regularly, or forward your Cleveland State email to your personal email address. Both your email and home addresses can be changed using CampusNet.
