What is the Green and White Society?

The Green and White Society recognizes donors who pledge to support the individual Colleges of Cleveland State University with annual gifts of $500 or more.  Members are individuals that deans can count on, year after year, for the private support the University needs to maintain academic excellence and meet the growing needs of students and the Northeast Ohio region.

Why Join the Green and White Society?

Each year, state funding decreases, and need and merit increase. Your gift to a CSU College supports student scholarships, faculty and staff development, academic programs, multidisciplinary centers, technology, library resources, facility upgrades, and so much more.

With your gift to the Green and White Society, you are providing accesss to excellence for students. You are helping CSU offer the highest quality education to students who have worked hard to get to CSU and, in most cases, will remain in Northeast Ohio after they graduate. 

What Can I Expect when I Join the Green and White Society?

You can expect a commitment from us to use your gift to provide for students who deserve an education but may not be able to afford it. You can expect your gift to change the future. And you can expect it to change lives.

Finally, you can expect us to thank you! Green and White Societymembers will be recognized in the University’s Honor Roll of Donors. They will also receive an invitation to an annual recognition event – this spring, the event will be a sneak peak at our new Student Center. All gifts are tax deductible as permitted by law.
