Duplicating Services Department

The Cleveland State University Duplicating department functions to support our faculty, staff, administrators, and university organizations.  We provide quality printed materials and binding/finishing services at economical cost for our university community.  Our production facility, located in Rhodes Tower, utilizes high speed, high quality digital imaging equipment, a wide format (60”) digital poster printer, and traditional offset press capabilities.  The department maintains many types of bindery and finishing machines including a high-speed large folder, 30” hydraulic cutter, laminator, and several types of book binding equipment.

Placing an Order
Customers can use our digital order forms to submit their printing request.  The Duplicating department will make minor changes (names, numbers) to existing print files such as envelopes, letterheads or business cards, but please be aware that we require “print ready” files for most printing orders.  We are also pleased to advise you via phone (216-687-3707) or email (duplicating@csuohio.edu) regarding preparing your files and placing your orders for print.
