Office of Treasury Services

Welcome to Cleveland State University from the Treasury Services Office!  We'd like to take a minute to introduce ourselves and tell you about the services we provide:

We are:

• the Cashier's Office – come see us when you want to make a tuition payment, pay for your transcripts, drop off a payment plan application or pick up a UPass sticker.
• the Student Receivables area – we help make sure all students pay for their education timely. We assist students with various hold flags on their accounts - SFH (hold), SFA (Attorney General's Office), SFW (write off), SFE (ECSI Billing Company placement), SFI (In-House Collections)
• Perkins Repayment/Deferment – Perkins is a federal loan program that is replenished by students who've left the University. The more students who repay their Perkins loans, the more money becomes available for future allocation.
• the University's tuition payment plan administrators – after you've received your loans, grants and scholarships, or if you're not eligible for any financial aid, we'll help you set up an interest free payment plan to help pay for your education. New this Fall! We'll be waiving the $30.00 application fee this semester to join the Budget Payment Plan!
