Commuter students who wish to prepay to park in CSU operated parking facilities are required to register their vehicle with CSU Parking & Transportation Services. Students must be enrolled for classes in order to be eligible for a parking hangtag. Two types of hangtags are offered to commuter students: Prepaid and Daily Usage.
Commuter students need their vehicle license plate number and a valid Viking Card or photo ID to register for parking. Click here to download the Student Summer 2012 Parking Registration form.
A Prepaid parking tag permits students to park anywhere designated as “Prepaid Student Parking” on campus. Students may purchase parking through their CampusNet accounts. Payment options are Visa/MasterCard or students may apply their parking fees to their student account. Parking hangtags may also be purchased at the Parking & Transportation Services office (Visa/MasterCard only). Prepaid Parking hangtags permit students to park during the parking facility's normal operating hours as listed at www.csuohio.edu/services/parking/garages. A swipe of a valid Viking Card opens the parking gate at the South Garage for Prepaid Student Hangtag holders.

Parking for commuter students requires the purchase of an Overnight Parking Decal. The permit must be displayed on the windshield of prepaid tag holders. Overnight privileges are not available to Daily Usage hangtag holders. Overnight permits are valid for a single semester and allow parking in any available CSU Parking area.
Spring Semester 2012 Overnight Parking Decals may be purchased via your CampusNet account or from the Parking & Transportation Services office for $51.00 for the semester (these permits are not pro-rated)
A Daily Usage tag allows the student to pay as they park. The daily fee is $6.00 per day and is paid to the parking attendant upon entering the lot. Cash only is accepted for payment (no checks or credit cards). Not all lots accept Daily Usage parkers and some lots restrict times when the Daily Usage tags are accepted. Parking on campus with a Daily Usage tag without paying the daily fee is prohibited. There is no fee to register for the Daily Usage tag.
Ten Plus Two
Sale of Ten + Two will be discontinued on February 1, 2012. They will no longer be accepted on campus after June 30th, 2012.
