Visit the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland and discover why it has become a leading producer of exhibitions and has earned the reputation of a “visionary leader.”
Founded as The New Gallery in 1968, the museum was renamed the Cleveland Center for Contemporary Art in 1984. Since that time, MOCA continues to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity and expression.

Visit the gorgeous Botanical Garden! Treat yourself to 10 acres of award-winning, world-class display gardens. These breath-taking displays include the Hershey Children’s Garden, the first of its kind in Ohio, and the lovely Japanese Garden.
Perhaps you would prefer a more exotic experience. If so, visit the Glasshouse, a spectacular 18,000 square foot crystal-peaked conservatory that features two of the world’s most fragile and fascinating ecosystems: Madagascar’s spiny desert and the cloud forest of Costa Rica. The Glasshouse features over 350 species of butterflies, birds, and other animals.

The natural world is full of wonders. Explore them at The Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Tour our extensive galleries and temporary exhibitions. Meet our dinosaurs, including T. Rex and Triceratops. See rare gems and jewels. Step outside to visit native Ohio animals in the Perkins Wildlife Center & Woods Garden or enjoy a sky show in the Shafran Planetarium. In 1867, the Western Reserve Historical Society has founded to preserve and present the history of the people of Northeast Ohio. Today, it is the largest privately supported regional historical society in the nation.
The museum features many diverse attractions such as the Crawford Auto collection, a costume wing and a tour that includes the Hay-McKinney and Bingham-Hanna Houses. The Western Reserve Historical Society also features special exhibitions. The Library houses one of the best family history resources in the nation and is the place to research Northeast Ohio history.
